As we all know that Pakistan super league three seasons has played in which many records were made by Pakistan cricket team superstars and by foreign cricketers as well. In this blog, you will get to know about Pakistan super league (PSL) records. Pakistan Super League 4th Edition will be played next year from Feb 2019.

Most Numbers of wins by any team in Pakistan Super League(All-Time) 
Pakistan Super League Franchises Islamabad United (IU) and Peshawar Zalmi (PZ) holds the record of most number of wins. Both Pakistan Super League (PSL) teams won 19 matches in all seasons of PSL.
On the other hand, Islamabad United (IU) also holds the record of 9 consecutive in Pakistan Super League (PSL) one season which was the third Edition of PSL3.
Most Successful Captions of Pakistan Super League  
Former Pakistan cricketer Misbah-ul-Haq of Islamabad United (IU) holds the record of a most successful captain of Pakistan Super League (PSL) with winning percentage of 62.5%. Sarfraz Ahmed of Quetta Gladiator (QG) is the second most successful caption in Pakistan Super League(PSL) with winning percentage of 60.71%. Due to Sarfraz Ahmed Captaincy in PSL Pakistan Cricket Board(PCB) announce him as the caption of Pakistan cricket team.

Former Test Wicketkeeper of Pakistan Cricket team and Peshawar Zalmi superstar Kamran Akmal hold several records in Pakistan Super League(PSL) history.
 Fastest Fifty in PSL History:
Kamran Akmal holds the record of fastest fifty in PSL history. He made this record in the of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 3rd Edition verses Karachi Kings.
 Most Centuries by any player in Pakistan Super League(PSL):
Kamran Akmal of Peshawar Zalmi is the only player who has made two Centuries in PSL.

Most Number of Sixes in Innings in Pakistan Super League:
Again Kamran Akmal shares this record with his brother Umar Akmal of hitting 8 sixes in an innings of Pakistan Super League match.
Best Strike Rate in Pakistan Super League:
Islamabad United (IU) Opener Luke Ronchi has got the best strike rate in Pakistan Super League  (PSL). The opener strikes the ball with the strike rate of 182.00.

On the second number, Shahid Khan Afridi of Karachi Kings (KK) strike the ball with the strike rate of 165.42.

Most Number of Wickets in a Season of Pakistan Super League:
In Pakistan Super League bowling has tremendous not only from Pakistan’s bowlers but also from foreign bowlers as well. Islamabad United Medium pacer Faheem Ashraf got 18 wickets in PSL3 and his performance played a vital role in becoming the champion for the second time.

The schedule of 2019 Edition of Pakistan Super League has been unveiled and PSL4 will start from 14 February  2019 in UAE.
